Admissions

1. Parents are given to understand that they cannot dictate to the management and that the management has the right to say on what conditions it will admit or retain pupils.
2. Every candidate for admission must be introduced in person by one who will be responsible to the principal for the child.
3. According to Government regulations, only pupils who have completed 5 years on the 15^th June of that year can be admitted to standard 1. For successful students a corresponding age is fixed.
4. Pupils are admitted on payment in advance of Entrance fee for the month and Term fee for the half year. The amount once paid will not be returned even if the pupil for any reasons should leave the school immediately.
5. A candidate who has attended any recognized school, cannot be admitted without a leaving certificate from the school, he/she has last attended and in case of candidate of school outside Maharashtra State, this certificate must be counter signed by the inspector of the State from which they come.
6. A candidate who joins fresh from home, a private school has to produce an official birth certificate (Such as Municipal or Gram Panchayat Certificate) in support of the date of birth entered in admission form.
7. Candidates for admission to the higher classes must pass the written test in such subjects as many as required.

Withdrawals

1. Pupils who have been absent from school for more than a month without notice are struck off the rolls and will not be readmitted.
2. Pupils who do not attend school for more than three days from the opening day of the school without notice renders him/her liable to be struck off the rolls.
3. A month’s notice in writing is to be given before the withdrawal of a pupil or else the full fees for the period will be charged. Such notice should not be given by the pupil, but by the parent or guardian.
4. Pupils who desire to discontinue studies should take their leaving certificate immediately. A fee will be charged if the certificate is taken after one year, or if a duplicate is applied for, the prescribed procedure must be followed.
5. The leaving certificate without which a pupil cannot join any other school, shall be refused to those who have not paid their fees and other dues.
6. Irregular attendance, habitual negligence in studies, disobedience, insubordination or conduct injurious to the moral tone and discipline of the school are sufficient reasons for dismissal of pupil.
7. A pupil who fails twice in the same std. will be asked to leave the school.
8. Pupils who desire to obtain their leaving certificates at the end of the academic year should apply and inform the same in the office prior to the date of the Annual results.
